On July 11, 2017, Remedy Association in partnership with Word Empowerment Radio (FM 102.7), organized a workshop to boost the morale of development actors in the Buea Municipality. The workshop brought together youth leaders, community development actors and students from various institutions of higher learning. Participants were trained on various personal development strategies such as goal setting, networking techniques, time management and managing self.
During the seminar, participants discussed some of the challenges faced in executing various organizational and personal objectives. Participants were paired in groups of three to brainstorm on ethical processes that can enable them better manage their organization and lead a fulfilled life.
At the end of the training, participants gained insights on methods and techniques in managing self, branding themselves and leveraging their organizational activities for better visibility.
