On April 22, 2017, Remedy organization brought together public servants, civil society actors, youth leaders and development stakeholders from all walks of life in Yaounde, Cameroon. The aim of the seminar was to equip participants with sustainable leadership tools and strategies for better governance and management. Coordinated by distinguished leadership experts, participants were introduced to key leadership principles, methods and leadership styles.
Group activities were organized to give participants an opportunity to identify and discuss best leadership practices. At the end of group activities, group leaders presented their findings and proffered recommendations.
Participants were also trained on managerial techniques and principles. They had their various questions answered, and some leadership case studies were solved. Managerial challenges were brought to the limelight and ways of tackling them were exposed.
At the end of the seminar, participants gained knowledge and skills on modern strategies and techniques in managing and leading people.
